We sold our home in 2005, I am writing this review now because we are now selling our home in WA and contacted Connie for her advice since we had a successful sale in 2005. Connie was very knowledgeable about the homes in our neighborhood and also invested in homes in that neighborhood, so she was highly motivated to keep home values up. The home was built in the 60s and needed a lot of work, and Connie encouraged us to make the changes needed to get the top sales price for the area for several years. Connie is an excellent communicator with incredible attention to all of the details the property required. Our home sold for 40K over list, with two buyers willing to pay that. I wish Connie worked in the state of WA!

We love our home, so when it came time, in an extremely competitive market, for my mom to move to the area Connie was the first and only person that we wanted to consult. Luckily, she fit us into her schedule on short notice, and proceeded to help us find a lovely home in Livermore for my Mom and her husband, Jim.
