Connie was very knowledgeable about the homes in our neighborhood and also invested in homes in that neighborhood, so she was highly motivated to keep home values up. The home was built in the 60s and needed a lot of work, and Connie encouraged us to make the changes needed to get the top sales price for the area for several years. Connie is an excellent communicator with incredible attention to all of the details the property required. Our home sold for 40K over list, with two buyers willing to pay that.
