I received a wonderful review from an old client. I sold her home in 2014, a decade ago, and she just reached out to me on Realtor.com and left a wonderful review. It is so nice to read, and reminisce over my more than three decades of selling homes. We sold our home in 2005, I am writing this review now because we are now selling our home in WA and contacted Connie for her advice since we had a successful sale in 2005. Connie was very knowledgeable about the homes in our neighborhood and also invested in homes in that neighborhood, so she was highly motivated to keep home values up. The home was built in the 60s and needed a lot of work, and Connie encouraged us to make the changes needed to get the top sales price for the area for several years. Connie is an excellent communicator with incredible attention to all of the details the property required. Our home sold for 40K over list, with two buyers willing to pay that. I wish Connie worked in the state of WA!
